BN Member Ceb sensationally confessed to attempted murder today in court. His codefendant, Ennis, otherwise known as the Ennstigator was not in court due to ill health however his lawyer entered a guilty plea on his behalf.
The
offenses took place in December of 2001 after a dispute outside a house
in Killester, Dublin. It is believed that the dispute erupted when an
Old Man who can not be named for safety reasons was spotted urinating
against the front gates of the Ennstigators home in the area.
A verbal ensued, eye whiteness' stated that after the old man had left
the scene one of the BN members drew a handgun and attempted to shoot
the old man in the back of the head however the gun failed to fire, an
un identified voice was then heard to say, 'its on safety'.
Ennis and Ceb were later spotted following the old man with what appeared to be a hand gun or a handgun shaped banana. It is alleged that the two followed the man to his home in nearby Clontarf and made him kneel down before shooting him in the face then abandoning the corpse in the local CRC (central remedial clinic), then making their getaway on a pushbike which they had stolen from a four year old child earlier that evening.
The unconscious body was discovered the following morning by an inbred child who immediately made love to it and then called an ambulance. In an unusual move the two accused have actually released a statement to the media stating "He was on his knees when we shot him". It is unlikely that any BN member will spend any time in jail as a result of this as they have beaten most of the eye witness' into submission and informed the old man that the will be back to finish him off. The old man has since been reported 'missing'
