On Friday the 20th of June Garda were called to a civil disturbance in a take away on the Malahide road. The Garda arrived on the scene only to find two unconscious Italians and one Spaniard who remained conscious but refused to assist Garda with their inquiries.
Later that night Garda arrested BN's Darren & Leo who were subsequently charged with breach of the peace, theft of large quantities of c class potatoes and a burger. The BN have declined to comment on the situation but insist that Darren will be released from custody in time for the forth coming recording session.
The attack was not believed to be race related. Leo, who was acquitted was re arrested the following evening for indecent exposure & gross misconduct in the presence of a minor. Charges were dropped after the child, Gerald (5) had an accident in which both his legs were broken and was informed by Dr. Quickfist that "it could & will happen again".
