BN Crew flounderer Gapford today released a cookbook which he hopes will 'change nothing'.
Among the many recipes is his favourite, a can of corn cooked in the can.
'It's a fantastic way to cook corn. It doesn't disgust me at all and makes so much sense in my opinion. It was originally shown to me by Doctor EdgeWild and The Psychologist Ceb so they deserve some credit here.'
The book, which will retail at ¥3500 for some reason, is expected to raise over ¥3500 for Gapford who was recently stripped of all his assets due to something happening somewhere.
'I'm just really into food and all the hype and crap surrounding it.' he told a homeless man who wandered into his book release party looking for warmth.
Former cohort JackStack Whyte is believed to have ghost written parts of the book. Ooh, keep away from the ghost ship. Pirate ship 7.
