Paramedics were on the scene within minutes, despite a delay caused by a BN erected roadblock on an entrance road. They tried desperately to revive Hamhead but he was announced dead at the scene before later being announced even deader at St. Helm's Orthopedic hospital in nearby Falls Creek.

Reports are sketchy as to how this tragedy of tragedies occurred but Bing Crosby has been implicated in several eye witness testimonies. Bing, best known for his hit single 'White Christmas' is a well known critic of the BN Crew and has led several marches on Capitol Hill demanding the removal of BN Crew records from national broadcasters. Police say they had no idea this was going to happen and were slow to comment on today's events. This is the sixth time Hamhead has been killed, a fact which has seen fans gather at a candlelit vigil outside the city coroners office.
