The song entitled "Kebab Kids" was banned worldwide following its first airing on a local Dublin radio station last year. Today's verdict was handed down by Judge Binned who described the song as "appalling" and "a waste of human intelligence". He also stated that he would be in his grave before that song saw the light of day, to that Danz replied "that can be arranged".
Not much is known about the song itself but I caught up with Danz who was reluctant to speak about the issue although he did give me this brief statement when I questioned him about why the song was banned, "There's nothing wrong with the song itself, in fact I think its genius, unfortunately it deals with certain taboos which quite clearly the the general public is not ready for just yet. BN will pursue this matter next month at the European court of appeal, if that fails we'll have to reconsider our strategy," when I questioned him about his recent tax evasion issues he answered by saying "don't be asking me shit like that fucko, next time ill fucking stick ya, I'm the fucking daddy Round here and don't you fucking forget it you fucking bastard!".

The date for the BN appeal has been set for the 12th August '02 a date BN fans are sure to have marked on their calendars.
