Nineties television fans rejoiced today as it was announced that popular game show The Crystal Maze is to return, fronted by the unlikely pair of Gayommie and Beardo.
Originally presented by cult figure Richard O'Brien, producer Hamhead announced that Team S would be starring in the remake as the BN Crew leader seeks to rally public support for his regime through popular entertainment.
In changes to the original format, the team of contestants, formerly members of the public, are now to be just Gayommie and Beardo sitting around in a warehouse. The Crystal Dome, the final round in the original show, will now be just a picture of Hamhead on screen for 8 minutes.
Reception to the changes have been mixed so far but Hamhead has called it 'triumphant' and 'lonely'.
